The guarantee for a TEMPUR Product only applies when the product is purchased through an authorized TEMPUR Dealer.

All TEMPUR Products are covered by an ordinary two year guarantee. Further conditions are listed below.

TEMPUR GUARANTEE CONDITIONS:

If the guarantee certificate in the instructions is sent in or the online form above is completed, the guarantee may be extended to:

3 years for pillows and cushions
15 years for mattresses (pro rata*). This does not include 3.5 cm mattress toppers and THE FUTON 1 by Tempur^®. There is a full 3 year guarantee on 3.5 cm mattress toppers as well as a 5 year guarantee on The FUTON 1.
2 years for covers
Extended guarantee for THE SCANDINAVIAN BED COLLECTION by Tempur^®: 10 years (pro rata**), for material defects.

TEMPUR Products are individually processed. Minor variations can therefore occur.

* Pro rata guarantee. If you make a valid claim under the guarantee after 5 years from the date of purchase, TEMPUR will provide you with an equivalent replacement mattress subject to you paying a percentage of the price of the mattress as follows:

0-5 years: Full guarantee

Year 6: The guarantee is reduced by 10%
Year 7: The guarantee is reduced by 20%
Year 8: The guarantee is reduced by 30%
Year 9: The guarantee is reduced by 40%
Year 10: The guarantee is reduced by 50%
Year 11: The guarantee is reduced by 60%
Year 12: The guarantee is reduced by 70%
Year 13: The guarantee is reduced by 80%
Year 14: The guarantee is reduced by 90%
Year 15: The guarantee is reduced by 100%

**Pro rata guarantee (THE SCANDINAVIAN BED COLLECTION by Tempur^®)

0-5 years: Full guarantee

Year 6: The guarantee is reduced by 20%
Year 7: The guarantee is reduced by 40%
Year 8: The guarantee is reduced by 60%
Year 9: The guarantee is reduced by 80%
Year 10: The guarantee is reduced by 100%

When calculating the pro rata guarantee value, the price is set on the basis of the price list in force at any given time.
